Gina Weekley, Ed.D., CNP, CDP® is an executive coach, leadership and organizational strategist, facilitator, and nationally recognized leader who helps individuals and organizations strengthen leadership, navigate change, and build cultures where people and performance can thrive. With more than 15 years of experience spanning nonprofit leadership, education, organizational development, program strategy, and community engagement, Gina brings a unique ability to connect people, strategy, and purpose. She has led complex initiatives, managed multidisciplinary teams and multimillion-dollar portfolios, developed leadership and learning experiences, and partnered with executives, boards, educators, and community leaders to move organizations from good intentions to meaningful action. Through The Weekley Connection, Gina works with executives, emerging leaders, teams, and organizations across sectors. Her work includes executive coaching, leadership development, strategic planning, organizational culture, facilitation, and customized learning experiences. Known for asking the questions that get beneath the surface, Gina creates spaces where leaders can think differently, challenge assumptions, strengthen their leadership practice, and turn insight into action. Gina is also an experienced keynote speaker and facilitator who brings authenticity, humor, research, and real-world leadership experience into every room. Her approach is grounded in the belief that sustainable organizational change begins with people and that strong leadership requires both courage and accountability. Gina earned her Doctor of Education in Learning and Organizational Change from Baylor University, a Master of Arts in Nonprofit Leadership and Development, and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from the University of Northern Iowa. She is a Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP), Certified Diversity Professional (CDP®), certified coach, and experienced leadership facilitator.
